Gilwater Legal
Brand proposition, positioning, messaging & narrative, audience profiling, brand identity, website copy, website launch.
What we did:
Scope of work
-
We shaped a brand proposition, market positioning and brand narrative to resonate with clients by standing out as warm, empathetic and human.
-
We translated the brand into a modern identity and brought this to life across a website and brand assets.
In the client's own words
“Starting Gilwater Legal, I knew a lot about residential conveyancing but absolutely nothing about building a brand or marketing my company in a digital world.
Good Apple didn’t just design a logo; they built my company's entire professional DNA. Holly guided me through the whole process and helped my company find its voice, translated the 'legal-jargon' into something clients actually value, and created a visual identity that makes my company look like the top-tier firm it strives to be.
If you’re a startup that knows your craft but doesn't know where to start with marketing, Good Apple Brand is the ultimate partner. They took the stress out of my company launch and gave me a brand I am incredibly proud to own."
The brief
Gilwater Legal came to us with the brief of building a brand from scratch. With a big ambition to offer something different in the corporate world of property law, they wanted to stand out as personable and human. Approachability, warmth and human empathy meets deep experience and mega attention to detail. Our task was to create a brand strategy, identity and client experience to communicate this unique offering.
The starting point
We started with “The Core” to help the client clarify what their brand should be, why they exist, who they are for and how we could leverage what makes Gilwater Legal different, as part of its brand identity. We helped the client work out their values and a really clear brand proposition, giving them a super clear strategic direction from which we created the brand identity, website and brand assets.
Bringing things to life
A brand strategy is no good unless it can be brought to life in a way that lets its audience experience, understand and buy into it. For Gilwater Legal that meant translating the brand into an empathetic and trustworthy brand identity (including colour palette, typography, primary & secondary logos and stationary templates) and a website to communicate the offering - including all copy - that also future proofed for future business expansion or diversification.
