Using brand as a strategic asset in a busy HR market

The brief

GHR Consulting, a full-service HR advisory, came to us wanting direction. They had a great brand full of personality, but they weren't using this to maximum competitive advantage. They knew there was a big market opportunity, and they also knew that brand was their way to stand out in a crowded market ... they just needed a plan to do it. 

The starting point

We started with our service “The Core” and analysed the company, customer and competition, to understand the market landscape and give GHR Consulting an ownable position. We got clear on their audience opportunities, messaging and strategic KPIs, and pulled all of this into a coherent, structured and easy to understand brand and marketing plan. We made sure the business had not only a tangible direction, but an action plan they could actually use.

Building on this, we developed a three-year brand and marketing strategy through our service “Seed & Grow”, providing a clear go-to-market direction and prioritisation.

The next three years

We're now working as GHR Consulting's fractional brand & marketing function, supporting the day-to-day execution of activity through our service Apple-y Ever After with ongoing guidance, review, planning and upskilling of the team, making sure the business stays on track and on plan, in achieving its long-term goals.
